Before sending your item back to us, it’s very important that you include the following information. Without it, we cannot process your return or issue you a refund:
- Customer name that the order was placed under
- Order Number
- Reason for returning the item
You can print the Freepost label to attach the label to your package, remembering to include your returns information and pop it in the post.
